Bellosguardo
J.K. Places
The title of this book, Bellosguardo, means ‘beautiful view’. It was partly chosen as it is associated with Florence and harks back to the era of the Grand Tour of Italy taken by young European aristocrats in centuries past to round out their classical education. The title was primarily chosen, however, because it evokes the magic of the location and the pleasure of experiencing the beauty and inspiration of all its different eras. J.K. Place is a house that welcomes its guests by offering them a unique key to access these special places – the history, the natural environment and the artistic and emotional context to which they belong. J.K. is synonymous with a custom human approach, with timeless values and a narrative choice of design that dialogues with the spirit of the location.
